The XenisRes system is a reservations system. The lodgings designated ONLINE in XenisRes accept online reservations in real time; they either confirm immediately through availability given to the system or are asked first to confirm the availability given to the system. The system will handle payments by credit card or bank transfer (and even open account) and will keep track of cancellations and penalty periods.

No need for faxes, phones, emails etc. The internet customer is a customer who wants fast, complete and accurate information. After making his decision the internet customer wants immediate confirmation and a reliable procedure to follow. That is why a simple email or fax system will not catch the customer's attention. No need for time consuming tasks like sending confirmations, giving information and keeping track of them. XenisRes does it for you and keeps you informed. There is no cost for becoming a member. You are only charged a small fee per reservation.

Free Photos Page
Show your photos and write a caption for each of them. You can add (upload), edit and delete them at any time at no cost and all changes are effective immediately.
Free Information Page
Write in text form your facilities, your location, a description of your property, all interesting sites to visit in the surroundings, where to dine what activities take place, and any information that will attract your customers. You can edit it any time at no cost and it is effective immediately.
Friendly and Easy
Easy to use. No special training required. A few minutes daily are enough to check for reservations check your inventory and change availability if you wish. The system will notify you anyway by email and/or SMS whenever there are reservations or cancellations.

Connect your Web Page
If you have a web page make it work for you. Instead of emails for info, answers, confirmations etc, let XenisRes handle all this for you. Add a "Book it" button on your page and the customer will be connected to the XenisRes reservation Engine. The reservation will be made under your name and logo. The client can be redirected to your site after completing a reservation.
Business tool for transactions among business partners
Keep track of all reservations from particular travel agents or tour operators. Give them special rates and prices, calculate and keep track of commissions. Keep an updatable travelers' list for each reservation. Both parties view the same date so there is a de facto agreement. The fee of the system for this service is very low (see User Agreement).
Description
XenisRes is a system that can handle a great variety of situations and business practices; it will handle different ways of payment (credit card, bank transfer, open account) and different reservation practices (either direct confirmation allotted to the system or after request and confirmation). It can also handle cancellations, different penalty periods and much more since you can configure it to your particular needs. But most of all, it remains simple to handle if you don't want to use all of its capabilities.
Presentation
- Lodging Profile (Name, Address, Telephone, Email, etc.)

Flexible business practices
- Any number of different room types, including conference rooms etc.
- Combinations of adult and children customers that can be accepted for a give room type.
- Any number of different rate definitions that you wish.
Multiple price lists
- Any number of price-period lists.
- You may create your own private group of special clients and then divide them in subgroups and give them special commissions or access to specially created room types, price lists or availability.
- Form any type of business deal you want by creating a number of Contracts. A contract connects a room type to a price list and to a group of clients, adding ways of payment, restrictions on time and availability etc.
Availability-Inventory
- You can have a general availability for each room type, from which each contract above obtains availability for a reservation.
OR
- You can allot a number of rooms to a group of clients, depending again on the contract.
- You can check your inventory and change availability even on a daily basis.
If you have a chain of lodgings, you have a special access to the system to configure global parameters and create global rates, price lists, contracts, room types etc. that are used as a template or are compulsory for all lodgings. You may define the level of access that local managers may have.
Logistic keeping for Business Partners
The Lodge Owner may create a group of business partners that can work with him on the basis of a contract. The system keeps track of all transactions (reservations, cancellations, commissions, travelers lists etc.) using the open account payment method if you wish.
