To become a member Travel Agent is not automatic we have to check that you are indeed a travel agent. We usually check your website or whether you are listed in your country's association. Once you are a member Travel Agent you have access to the price lists and commissions offered to travel agents by the member Lodgings.

Online - Real Time Reservations
Many of the properties supply us with online availability and you can make reservations in real time. These properties are marked ONLINE.

Earn Commissions and make reservations at special prices for travel agents
Once you login , the system recognizes you as a travel agent and presents you the rack prices, as well as the special prices that the Lodging offers to Travel Agents. The lodging may offer a commission instead of special prices. In the latter case, you will see the commission percentage offered on the total amount of the reservation. Commissions are paid directly from the Lodging to you.

View Reservations and Commissions earned
You can view your reservations any time see the commission earned by reservation and the details (Name address etc) of the lodging to send your invoice. The lodging also has the same view of the same reservation details with the same commission earned by you and your details. So there is no dispute about the exact amount to be paid.

Make Cancellations
You may cancel reservations any time prior to the start of the penalty period defined by the lodging, at no cost. The system automatically knows the cancellation policy and calculates the exact day when the penalty period starts and lets you know. The penalty period is indicated both when you make your reservation and on the details of your reservation after you have made it. When you make a reservation, the credit card number is transferred to the lodging, so that it can claim the deposit amount.

Special Deals with the Lodging
If you have special deals with a lodging, even if you are not a travel agent, the system can take care of that. It recognizes you and presents to you the special price lists and/or commissions the lodging has assigned to you. It can also handle different ways of payment, credit card, (lodging) bank transfer, open account, according to the deal you have made with the lodging.

Direct Real Time Reservations from your Web Site
If you have a website and you want to make direct real time reservations and earn the commission you have agreed with the lodging, this is the place to do it. You use the XenisRes engine in the background by putting a link on your site.

Special Last Minute Deals
You can offer your clients Last Minute Deals with attractive prices and still get your commission

Group of Clients
You can have a list of clients for each reservation. For example, if you reserve 5 double rooms, a list of clients will appear in the reservation details. You may change this list anytime and assign which persons go to which room. You can also decide whether you wish the lodge owner to see this list or not, in his view of the reservation details.

Allotments
If a block of rooms has been allotted to you, you may notify the lodging by making reservations through the system. The system recognizes you and presents you with your allotted rooms. This way, the Lodging is immediately notified of any reservations, any availability that is idle, as well as the Travelers' List for each group (see above).
